I once read a bunch, but then I stopped.

Now I just read on occasion. For instance, I recently bought Richard Dawkins' "The God Delusion" because people say every atheist and theist should give it a read. Being an agnostic atheist, I figured I would and so far it's okay, nothing really new has popped up.

I also read history books and books on warfare.

Interestingly, Chesterton was also an agnostic, and the book I just read by him is more or less his explanation of his process of coming out of agnosticism partially from reading agnostic writers (as he says a few times, he was convinced of several agnostic arguments for the position, on the vague level, until he got deeper into the actual arguments. That wasn't everything, but it was part of it, for him).

Of course, he was referring to the agnostics and atheists of his time, which was several decades before our own, though his commentary on politics and society otherwise does make some parts seem not too far off from our own. I'm lead to believe the "new atheists" have a rather different angle than the 'old' (like the 'neo pagans' and the 'old/traditional pagans', and seemingly along similar lines) but I'm not sure where the cutoff is for either period.

I read some books here and there, but I seem to have stopped reading recently.
