Reminds me of that old, old, old SNL parody cartoon of the old, old, old Mr. T cartoons:
Mr. T: I NEED WORK!
Kid: Look! An off broadway production is doing auditions!
Mr. T: SOUNDS LIKE WORK!
That's the situation Vin Diesel finds himself in. He said he'd never do another XXX or Fast and Furious, mainly because he didn't want to be type-casted for future roles as a thuggish meat-head. Unfortunately, as the Pacifier proves, the only role he's any good at is playing a thuggish meat-head.
But, as with all washed-up actors, he's now saying what Mr. T said: "I NEED WORK!"
As such he's making another XXX along with another Fast and Furious and is going to "star" in another Riddick game along with that Wheelman game.
I dunno, I just think this shit's funny as hell.
