 Earth Time As a being from another world I cannot help but reject your humans concept of time. I reject everything earth bases it's concept of time on except the number of days in a year.
I confirm your planet has 365 full days a year, yes theres some change but your planet rotates around 365 times per revolution.
Seasons, not all seasons are equal this is because earth revolves in an oval, However there are not 4 seasons there are 5 because 365 does not divide evenly by 4 but it does by 5, additionally the weather patterns change 5 times per year not 4, Winter, Spring, Summer and Autum adding in either Sprummer (spring+summer) or Sutumn (summer+spring) based on your geological location and climate.
so there are 5 seasons.
In space we have no concept of months as it's unnecessary to divide the year any further that what nature presents. there are 73 days a season given the 5 season rule
Hours, minutes and seconds were devised based on primitive conditions much like earth measurement systems, in space we use interecs, which are devised from the rate of change of all mater in tehe universe at it's lowest level then divide evenly up to the total amount of time in one rotation of a planet.

Re: Earth Time One of the most basic concepts of time states that time is relative. To put it simply - it depends on persons perception how she sees time. (Einsteins Theory of relativity) That's what you call "a concept". It's also not a human thingy but physics.
What you're talking about is time measurement and it's not really a concept but a system. Systems are created to make life easier, they don't need to be perfect or perfectly fit with reality, they need to be convinient and easy to use and aplicate in real life.
Examplary: At one point in history in many many places around the globe there were only 3 seasons because they weren't exactly based on more or less equall splitting of time or even weather changes but on the basic farmer activities. A "crop rotation" system is the word for you to goggle if interested enough.
You're on earth, current time measurements and systems are only created for your own comfort and efficency. You can refuse to use them but you cannot neglect their purpose or usefulness.

Sprummer and Sutumn are horrible names for it, I would call it something akin to Quintus, which is latin for fifth.
Having 5 73 long months a year isn't really that hard to applicate to life. but the thirteen month system makes it so that every month has 30 days except the 13 month which has an extra two days which makes it incredibly convienent compared to our current system
To me, both are more conveinent.
