Oh vey. Here we go with the how-will-we-get-more-people-to-the-site. I say as I always say, if we want more than single digit people brought in one by one by ourselves, we need a hit to speak to the crazies, and we need as a collective to understand the "new crazy" to affect the next generation of crazies.

If you need to ask what new crazy is, you probably don't know.

The reason we are here now (newgrounds, love hina cheats, etc) isn't really viable enough to yield more visitors on our current situation.

What to do? I don't really know, I have a lot of things to think about for the meantime...

But, if ever any crazy idea comes in, I'm all up to it. I just need to have a stable internet connection at home, then I can come here more frequently.

Forums are outdated formats for communities. Having to register for shit has become too much of a hassle for people. I'd like to at least suggest anonymous unregistered posting in normal boards, and to prevent bots, just use the same anti-bot control as when registering or as in the guest forum, for every post made by people who haven't registered yet, so even if it is sort of annoying to post, at least if you only want to say one or two things, you can do that without having to register. People who actually register will have the benefits of you know, keeping track of their posts, not having to do a google captcha everytime they want to post, etc...

Also, anyone can get hentai of any format from anywhere. We need something else that brings them here or make a revolutionary H-game. This is why I've been thinking we should try other game concepts than the sex kitten type games. Mostly it boils down to that we need some actual hentai artists or gotta start making games that are fun without hentai rewards.

For those stuck in the past, the future withoulds its rewards. Take what is great from then, walk with it now, and with it improve the future. ;P

seriously this is what I hope we can accomplish with the ppppu thing, add crap tons of characters forkheads.net links and credits and spam teh internet with free pr0nz.

thing is, if we do that we have to actively have something on the front page that is recent, and looks like we are in the process of working on another may may, but it's all secret and hush hush, cause that makes people want to post in hopes of getting their favorite characters/ideas in it. it also makes them stick around till the may may is made by which time we should have another secret maymay lined up.

also the front page maymay dev thread needs to be something they don't have to hunt for. it should be visible without scrolling over anything.

the key is to give minimal information without giving any of the content away and keep some minimalist info for later updates that still don't reveal anything yet entice people to stay as it keeps sounding cooler.

We don't have to embrace teh new crazy, we have to beat it. don't follow a fad, create one.

if we follow the new crazy, then we're just like all the other sites and that means competition, and right now we're not that famous and that means single digits.

One thing I liked was AFH going out and getting a slew of artists to join, what we need is unique content that isn't just pulled from gelbooru. then we can make SK games that people will fight for a chance to play.

also we need to do teh klacid thing and make a fh style dating sim, something that has a lot of female characters and has a huge following. Onepiece? I know that's a stretch but We could do it if we try.
