The expenses include CNC lathes and mills, vacuum forming equipment for one-off skin molds, injection molding equipment for metals, high temperature kilns for treating metals, metal sintering 3D printing equipment, polymer processing and application vats, materials for forming the molds to make the various systems (skeletal, muscular, vascular, nervous and others) and finally land and the cost of constructing a plant on that land to include permits and contractor fees.
This is all a minimum given the to-order nature of my proposed product and where I'm currently looking to setup shop. I could make ten units a day with what I've specified and a going price of between $30k and $70k depending on features given the cost of materials, labor and supply/demand.

My models will most likely beat any military grade units and also feature "soft squishy bits" and I see no reason not to include megawatt lasers as weaponry since a megawatt discharge super capacitor and ZPR to power it would be pie to have a pulsed wide-band fiber laser built into the forearms.
My LTE designs I still don't have much confidence in but that's only because I haven't been able to find any research into materials to store energy in the exact methods I need; should my designs be feasible under the current designs and materials selected my models will also be able to achieve sub-light flight and orbit.
