nvidia quadro cards are generally for development, thus handle drawing and modelling better, but are not as good for gaming. Fortunately you can fool windows into thinking they are actually their geforce equivalent, which brings their gaming performance up, but you lose all the benefits you get from the quadro. Video ram is good, ram is good, the SSD is a bit small, especially considering it is for artists who really need big disks. you should check if there is any physical space for m2 cards to be connected. Not sure what you need a 3D camera for, but if it interest tomato-chan, then sure.
