Reminder that hot water is really good for digestion. Doesn't have to be tea, could be hot coco or apple grog, just anything made with hot water in general helps.

Having some tea right now. Damn, this is good.

Orange or fruit juice, with its citric acidity, can help break down the molecules. Plus phosphorus or Vitamin C for immunity or something like that.

The only problem is that it won't help against sour candies, the ones with sour grains. Same might apply to any with grains. Grinds away your teeth. Turns out that I was wrong about all the gummy candies being bad, it's the ones with the flavour grains. OP updated.

So I got hit by an indigestion case and tried some tea. Saved my rear end, it did.

Well, turns out that even the Haribo cherries can cause residual tooth decay if chewy in time. I guess the golden bears are small enough, but don't inhale them! Testing on some joint medication for certain practices... so far, I'm snapping back. That's not a good sign.

Is it me? Or them Japanese confectioneries have some cancer/reproductive harm warning regarding lead or some health hazardous material?

I mean, if the problem is the polluting of China's industrial smokes/whatevers, surely, there is a way to remedy this problem. Specialization problem?

I don't know if it's me, but I think chips somehow is bad, but it sure provides enough substance to bring out the ache, I think. It's like it got something to do with oil. I think the same effect applies to fries... hmmm...

Perhaps potatoes do this? I believe it's the starch.
Maybe it's the dryness and oil?

It's not really bad for digestion or indigestion, but I suppose it could be a problem.

Note that not all acne is just acne! It could be something else, maybe related, but no acne!

Godamnit! I guess some snack/junk foods aren't good for me either! That being cheese snacks. I guess milk isn't in my diet. I can only take in so much.

i will probably ask the obvious here, but you are lactose intolerant, right?

its sad when people are allergic to milk/to all dairy products.
milk is so good!

please dont tell me that you are allergic to potatoes as well, for few people are, and potatoes are too great for one to miss them out...
potates are the best: you can boil them, they taste great.
you can cook them in the oven, in the stove, you can make them with cheese, olive oil, or butter, or with tomato sauce, and they are great.
hell, even plain old potatoes are great as they are!

and dont get me started on the chips or on french fries...
they are not healthy, but like all unhealthy things, they taste divine.
(although even plain, boiled or cooked potatoes taste great, and thats a huge bonus for the humble potato: its delicious even in its healthy variations!)

lastly, haribo jelly bears are good, if they are eaten in moderation.
that will be all.
