Common Nose Bleed Causes, Etc.
So during the heat, the nose arteries swell up enough to start leak. If you scratch, you get the instant flow. I stopped that habit. But recently, I found out that a certain water flush to the nose can start leaks. If you happened to be dirty, hot, and want to flush out smell, too bad. The heat has already fucked up your nose in some way. You have to wait for the heat to disperse and allow the artery swellings to recover. Only then is there a possible chance to safely flush out nose w/o nose bleed.
That's all I know for now, how about you?

During winter, when it's cold and dry, the inside of my nose gets dry and sometimes i get a nosebleed from that.

Fuck, don't squish (up) your nose too. Nose arteries can be really sensitive. A look up will eventually dry but it's hard to bathe in that position. Best not to touch da nose. I think that's why I got nosebleed besides no internal interference. I didn't remember about nose squeeze bleed. Maybe it's the sport/soft drinks, which I am stopping to rely on.

So far, I didn't wet squish. Tried to flush only, water runs through, weird. No bleeds though. I might do this for a while in order to let the nose recover. Will also hold out on both soft/sport drinks in general. Then, will resume my normal nose flushing routine.

I just figured out that squeezing on the upper nose area will work enough for a tight flush. It's the bottom areas near the nose hole that's exposed sensitive. So far, so good.
