 The ignorance and stupidity of people- America Damn this, makes americans look stupid  How stupid can some people be.... I mean come on, these were some easy ass questions!! I know not everyone in america is stupid (those on fh excluded) but.... makes me a little ashamed. How many questions can you answer? please tell me its atleast more than half. If not, we're in deep shit. I mean there we're even non political questions... "Star Wars is based on a true story, true or false?"

Re: The ignorance and stupidity of people- America Contrary to popular belief, Star Wars IS based on a true story. Its based on the story of how large production companies have corrupted and destroyed film making and the struggle of real artists in the film world to make what they envision and to determine for themselves what should be made and such. Of course, Lucas talked about the interesting dilemma by the third movie since he himself OWNED a large production company which was making the movie.
Anyway, its obviously a far more metaphorical/literary/mythical telling of that story, but it is based loosely on a true story.
