Yet another movie in which its up to Keanu to once again save the world...and once again sacrifice himself in the process. Serious, we get it, you like playing the Jesus characters...what ever happened to the retarded surfer douche from Bill and Ted?
But yeah, this movie was retarded. It was so ridiculously shallow in all the themes it was wanting to express...the main theme once again being the hippie propaganda of "Humanity doesn't deserve to exist because we're basically a cancer that's killing our planet, but we redeem our shitty nature with the capability to love." At least in Independence Day they actually tried talking with the aliens with those Light-Bright helicopters...in this movie their first instinct is "KILL THE FUCKERS!!!"
Oh, and it features a little nigger boy who's the step-son of the main character (a white chick) and every time he speaks you'll want to slit his fucking throat. He's a big-lipped nigger who can't act and he has to be a little fucking bastard the whole movie until Keanu saves him and realizes that humanity can change when faced with annihilation.
