On a similar note, I think the apartment down and to the left of mine belongs to a drug-dealer...apparently a bad one as I'm always hearing the front door slam at random times. I know he's black, don't know how many people live there, one night I was smoking out on my balcony and I saw him climbing up the deck-fence/rail of the apartment beneath his to get to his own balcony and into his apartment (since that night I've kept my balcony doors locked at pretty much all times). Not to mention I've noticed a lot of "random traffic" going to his place. So he's either a shitty drug dealer or that nigger owes a lot of people money. Hmmm....
