Besides all of this factors are subjective. For example pesymist or even realist can see beeing anxious, mistrustful or sad as healthy reaction for many circumstances. And it's logical that such reactions are signs of a healthy mind.
Yet let's just say that there's a person with healthy mind and body which experience such circumstances as mentioned above on daily basis. Can You say that his or her life is still full of happiness?
Conclusion - what rulles happines in our lifes is circumstances and perception, but mostly circumstances.
