I find this whole concept rather heartwarming.

Granted we need to keep her McSlut, and keep with the games humor and general style to an extent. A sidekick to the main character seems like a pretty good idea. They'll be introduced helping the main character, and by the end of the game Slutty makes a comment "Aww, isn't S/he cute. Lets adopt him/her" This of course moments after something explodes, someone dies, or the like.

I would like to further analyze Slutty and the MC's relationship. Again, keeping Slutty who she is, but having her express her possible affection in her own way. Maybe even for a split moment, her thanking our idiot hero for something. Only for her too do something over the top. (Drugs, Porn, Violence, ect.)

I can only imagine the kid sidekick in the game where you meet/kidnap him in the end as... the same kind of kids htat you find in silent hill... annoying givers of immense headaches in a dangerous environement that seem to be just fine surviving unscratched cos they're kids.

Also i was thinking that something in line with McSlut's protectiveness and his harassing the main character would be that though the kid actually comes to like both of them, his random and/or impulsive actions usually put the MC in trouble or needing him to take care of annoying tasks to bring him back safe, without any maliciousness from the kid, and McSlut finds this adorable.
