Not much of this makes sense. First of all, how exactly does "scientist becomes giant monster in lab accident" lead to "Hillary Clinton becomes a prostitute in Vietnam?" Why would that be in a hentai game (which I'm assuming this is, since it has the "sex kitten" name)? When I think of hentai, I typically don't think of Hillary Clinton. In fact, one of the last things I'd want to think of in a hentai game would be Hillary Clinton. Hentai is supposed to induce boners, not render one's dick too afraid to ever get hard again. Why is the reward a McDonald's promotional acknowledgement? That seems ridiculous in any context, fictional or real. Imagine if that's how real life worked. Joining the army not because you love your country, or even for a paycheck.
