And I'm still afraid of AS3.

It makes no sense, my face hurts and I think one of my fingers fell off. Fuck.

The error messages don't make sense either. It works in the demo but when I try to do the exact same thing, everything explodes. I know why I never tried.

This is as far as I could get to, despite enabling cheat mode.

Spoiler: show

I'll try learning how to add variables and conditional forks next time.

Don't do new protocols until you managed to learn the core assets. v3 is like just a add-on. Don't let the tech corps consumerism-ness stress at you. Take a chill pill, live, don't die. Things like that, you know.

I hate updating on my projects too. Sometimes, the source port gets something new that I finally wished for. Other times, I find something that I missed. It takes learning, eventually I figure out if I really want that. Design is key here, not analysis over meaningless concepts that would never get you nowhere (like, where you gonna go bro?), but if you want to wonder, no one's gonna stop you.

It's a challenge I put to myself in order to improve myself. There's much I want to learn, and to do before I finally die. Tonight, I'll be learning how to do conditional forks and variables.

This is no learning curve, this is a learning CLIFF.

Next, I'll try to make movieclip controls and a simple game.
