dude i'll go ahead and walk you through it since i became part of FH not too long ago...
go to the control panel it says "Profile" clik it then too edit your shit like location, intrests, gender, occupation, country, and birthday (everything you enter can be seen like if you enter your birthday your age will be shown when you post)
