Yah! Me don't know what the fuck is suicide, especially in Japan. It is said to be one of the leading first world countries, but obviously, there's something fucking wrong with the high suicide rates in Japan?

Does this mean that Japan is anywhere safe on the standard level? Oh no, man, oh no.

The suicide rate is so high that there is a annual statistic, and it divided into different (age) groups.
For me, I don't usually write off suicide as case closed. You got to get intricate with the details. You might get something more than clues, more like murder! That's how you do it!

When there is a statistic in the mix, it qualifies to a holocaust genocide report. People died in Nazi Germany, and the report was not public until much later, with much effort. Let's say that there is a normal trend of suicide rates in Japan, but with such a normalcy, a certain murder can add into the mix. It could be some low profile assassination for whatever reasons. Maybe, for no reason at all!

If these people are talking about population growth, and ignoring suicide rates, it's like some fragging went ignored! It's like killing off inferior stock for another attempt of a superior breed. It's most likely catching up and filling in spots, but yeah, whatevers to that.

That goes for South Korea too! They don't get off da hook either!

At the very least, there should be some suicide prevention program, but with the emphasis on embassies due to the risk of foreigners or tourists getting caught in the secret sweeping gestapo machine.

Something like security checks just because it says suicide, doesn't rule out the fact it is not a crime!

I think the suicide rate is tolerated as to replace the old with the new generation. After all, destruction is usually quicker and easier than creation. Who are the new, I wouldn't know. Hopefully, there isn't a military agenda behind the move. It would probably be threatening in the future. Probably justifying multiple nukes as well. Anyways, kinda counterintuitive for a (japonese) population goal, is'nt it?

Usually, suicide, when normalized, is a ritual thing. One can be regarded as a martyr of some cause. Otherwise, a suicide mission of great import, to sacrifice lives, particularly in a war setting, is seen as expected as normally as possible.

The idea of what is suicide is a complex topic. One that needs inspection of the cultural context being considered.
