People are not entitled to everything made by man, and so, guns should be trusted only to people with 5 year+ police training. It doesnt matter how many guns one keeps in the home, other people with more guns and less morals will always be willing to kill you for a dime. Now it is the land of the psycopaths with money ruling over the idiots who fight over scraps. Although there ARE a few things America is doing lately to redeem some lowly percent of their humanity. Did you make it? You didn't. Did you invent the gun? You had nothing to do with the gun, so why do you think you are entitled to use one? I don't own a gun, I don't particularly want to own a gun, I've never needed to own a gun, and if I was going to buy a gun I would want to use it. Letting it gather dust while I hope that someone tries to murder me so I can legally get away with blowing out some brains doesn't sound fun. I don't believe that if someone breaks into my home, owning a gun is a be-all-end-all solution to that problem either. If guns were totally outlawed, I'd be fine with that. I'm much more comfortable with the idea of whipping picture frames at some asshole's face before they could get to me than making a break for my gun and hoping they don't shoot me in the back.
