Post Night Eating Syndrome
Night eating syndrome, or NES, is an eating disorder, parasomnia, and mood disorder primarily characterized by a pattern of late-night binge eating

So, I have been pigging out at night, and haven't understood why.. and then i cam across an explanation, what might just save my life.. maybe thats where all my nightmares have been comming from, all that undigested food..

People who suffer from night eating syndrome generally:

* Skip breakfast, and go several hours after waking before their first meal.
* Consume at least half their calories after dinner. (Many sources would list this as after 9 or 10 pm; dessert is generally not included, if one is eaten. )
o Late-night binges almost always consist of consuming carbohydrates. However, this eating is typically spread over several hours, which is not consistent with a typical eating binge as evidenced by other eating disorders. Episodes of sleep-eating can be repeated throughout the night, with many separate visits to the fridge or cupboard.
* Suffer from depression or anxiety, often in connection with their eating habits.
o These night eating episodes typically bring guilt rather than hedonistic enjoyment.
* Have trouble sleeping in general; see insomnia.
o Are more likely than the general public to sleepwalk.

Heh. I eat at night as well but it's nothing like that. I do so because my whole day is delayed. My morning is around 11 AM and I don't go to bed before 5 AM. For me, lunch is breakfast, super is lunch, and my last meal is either between midnight~2AM or not at all, Mostly consisting of various randomly gathered basic ingredients like vegetables, bread, something some meat that can be eaten cold or others of the sort. Pretty much a rag-tag mix of actually okay stuff that doesn't need to be cooked.
