i have always been in pritey good shape for a disabled person and still kinda am but when i whent to the moives yesterday i barley make it to the car by the time i got there i thought i was going to die but i can still do just as meny exsersises as before

Hm, hm.... you have a case of suppressed oxygen intake. I recommend breathing exercises and two daily walks.
