Re: So our new President is Barack Obama Personally I perfer Barack Obama over McCain premarily because of McCain's choice in Vice President, Sarah Palin. Her ideals and total lack of experience would have driven our country into the grave. I know McCain probably was hoping to get the women voters who were angry over Hillary losing but that was his biggest mistake of all in my opinion. Barack at least picked someone who complents his weakenesses by providing experience where his may be limited. As for whether he'll be a good president or not, He made a lot of promises and now we'll just have to wait and see if he can live up to them. If he does I'll gladly elect him again and if he doesn't, well I doubt he could do any worse than Bush did.
