Dead Space
Is it good, and should I get it for the 360 or PS3?

Re: Dead Space
it's exactly the same on both counsels. replay value is moderate. go with w/e you find less expensive in the Used section of Gamestop.

Re: Dead Space
well, it was given a 9.25 and 8.75 by Game Informer. since it's single player and only has a moderate replay value, i wouldn't get it. but that's cause buying video games is too fuckin' expensive for me now.
for those with a tight budget, the single player games i recommend BUYING would be: Fallout 3 Bioshock Little Big Planet
at least, within this year. All 3 had received nearly perfect or perfect scores by every single reviewer (not just game informer, i just refer to them the most).

Weren't we discussing how shitty it was in that other topic? listen, those are the three games that have received nearly perfect scores from every game critic. personal thoughts, i could never get every single gamer's input on it, so if you have questions on criticism, all i can refer to are the critics.

Re: Dead Space
that makes no sense. it might at least be elitist, but if it were sheep sophism then i would be agreeing with a bunch of the REGULAR FOLKS. i'm not agreeing with anyone, all i did was put the critical reviews.

Re: Dead Space
oh, so you do know your stuff. Alright, "Authority argument" you say "oh those guys are rating games for a job, sure they must be right." And because of this you indeed are a sheep. Like SS. Just because someone who seems knowledgeable in appearance say something doesn't mean it's true. After all, their reviews is merely their opinion. Whether they are objective or not, it still is an opinion which you take for beton facts.
As a matter of example: Last time I checked a rating for Submarine Titans the critics were literally bashing it yet it was an excellent game despite the computer's lacking AI in skirmish mode.

Re: Dead Space
i never said they were right, all i do is provide THEIR INTAKE because i don't have time to poll every single person's opinion on the game.

Re: Dead Space
Nobody asked you to. Maybe you could have, like gave YOUR opinion since that's the POINT of that kind of topics.

Re: Dead Space
so now you have a problem with me putting legitimate information on the game?
trust me, you don't want my intake, most people don't want MY intake. I've said Halo sucked, and people don't care WHAT I THINK. but guess what, most people are at least interested in what EVERY critic has to say, especially when they ALL agree that Little Big Planet is practically a perfect game.
it's a big deal when they ALL do that. so why not bring it up? it would actually be irresponsible not to.

Re: Dead Space
GoW 2 or bust!
Also, rent it. It has just as much replay value as RE4, but shorter

Re: Dead Space
if it has just as much replay value as RE4, then i'm definitely buying it. i played RE4 about a thousand times already (fuckin' loved that game).
meh, probably not. it looks good, but to be honest, doesn't look like it can match up to RE4 (probably one of the greatest games i've ever played). definitely deserved Game of the Year... i don't see Dead Space getting that this year, but i could be wrong. we'll see.

Re: Dead Space
For the posterity I also dislike Halo.
ALSO, I see why PKB hates arguing with you, you hide behind the words of other and make their opinion your own. How pathetic.
