If you hop to the 14:30 mark you will see the big reveal about some conversation that happened at E3 this year between Hip Hop Gamer and a Nintendo Rep. If you don’t want to watch the video (I suggest you do, more than just the 14:30 mark too. It contains a lot of great conversational value), just check the quote below.

It would be a great exclusive addition to the Nintendo brand and something that we’re always up to discussing.
Your thoughts? Me, I'd stash the good stuff. Shit's gonna be legendary in a few years.

Re: Nintendo to buy SEGA?
nintendo and sega used to be friendly rivals, then sega made a mistake, they released a poor quality system long after better technology was available. they got almost no 3rd party support, and they tried to fix the problem by making thier last ever system (which was awesome mind you) but.. it failed because by the time they released it sony had the PS 1 out.. with a crap ton of cheesy games.. and ghetto and sports games..
so yeah.. sega again failed..
they decided not to make another system and become a 3rd party developer, it was then during the gamecube era that they signed a contract with nintendo stating that they wold work closely in a partnership.
sega made many exclusives for the GCN and Wii and GBA and DS. however they also made a few games for other systems.
it's actually for the best interest of sony for nintendo to pick them up. lets face it, they are crippled and need some bigger business ot support them so they can get back in the game biz.
