Yeah, my final battle party was Zaaed and Tali. Zaaed because my Krogan was dead and he seemed like he'd be the next toughest fighter and Tali because she dropped back into normal loyalty after I told her to leave Legion alone when he was scanning her omni-tool...didn't have enough renegade to settle the argument through intimidation. Thought having her in my party would keep her from running off and getting killed, clearly I was wrong. For me Zaaed was also under some rubble, but survived. Tali done gone and got crushed.

A funny thing to note was that before the game came out, I imagined using Thane a lot just because he's a bad ass assassin...never really used him that much though.

Heh yeah, I'm certain he says generally the same thing for all the romances when he gives you "the talk", save for minor tweekings for each character like "Turian tissue contains (whatever) which can cause anibolactic (spelling) shock in humans. And here I thought his comment of "I guess females find facial scares attractive..." was just him being playful. Guess he really wants to tap that ass. I......I almost wanna see the romance scene with him. Dyking out with Jack was my goal, but I don't even see how it could work with Garrus. At least with Liara they had the excuse of Asaris being able to mate with any gender of any species for actual reproduction. With Garrus it'd be fucking just to be fucking...and he might get excited and bite your face off.

Legion as tech.

Miranda as second squad leader.

Samara as biotic barrier.

Did you have all the upgrades? Or have you just been reloading your game at the final stage and mixing up the crew?

I had all the ship upgrades save med bay, and my geth shield tech was mastered. I lacked most prototype weapons and plain weapons except assualt rifle.

But yeah, saved before hand and just kept trying. Once you told me about Garus, it only took one try. So all said and done, about 5 tries.

Who was on your main boss fight team?

Tali and Jake. Though I kinda have the feeling it doesn't matter.

Heh I'm glad you at least get Garrus back, he was always one of my favorites seeing as how you can bend him to your will...teach him the merits of being a good guy or encourage him along the path of being a renegade. That and he made a pretty good support character for any class/team. Hook him up with a sniper rifle and he'll do pretty damn well.

As for Liara, as I said, I thought she was a bit of a cunt in this game. Wouldn't even give me a kiss upon meeting her. Guess she done gone and turned asari lesbian with her secretary. Heh that does remind me though, two of my favorite NPC conversations occur on that asari planet. One being the conversation with the former-matriarch-turned-bartender. What she says basically discounts everything Liara tells you in the first game while confirming many of the "rumors and myths" about the asari...they really are just a bunch of little sluts when they're young. "But then I reached my matron days, got the tattoo removed from my lower back..." heh they even get tramp-stamps! The other conversation I love is listening in on the bachelor party with the human, salarian, and turian. "I'm a Salarian! I don't even have a sex drive like you humans........do....wow. She's flexible..." "What's the hole on her stomach?" "It's called a belly button, and you're gonna be doing shots outta it later!" "That can't be hygienic!"

LOL wtf? This bitch again? Heh I'm getting my krogan on my second play through, and I ran into the asari scientist you meet on Virmire. Evidently she has a habit of working for bad people with the intentions of cloning a krogan army.

Other people I didn't see my first play through as a ME1 loaded renegade are Conrad Verner impersonating a spectre, an asari who had a message from the rachni, and the internal affairs chick from Noveria. Heh heh, I must admit my favorite way of resolving that quest is going along with her until the very end. Instead of telling her that you got the manager to testify, you tell the salarian that his secretary is internal affairs...they both end up shooting each other, you get 28 renegade points, and a free point in intimidation.

Seriously, I almost pissed myself laughing when I found Conrad...but that might have just been the weed.

Ooooo, and something I hadn't noticed on my first game. When you ask her about her long lifespan, the matriarch bartender mentions "Even had a pureblood daughter. I was the father, it didn't work out." She HAS to be Liara's "dad"!
