Social Attitude Test
http://slackhalla.org/~demise/test/socialattitude.phpI just found this a bit interesting, my scores were as follows: Radicalism 58.25 Socialism 68.75 Tenderness 62.5 "These scores indicate that you are a tender-minded moderate; this is the political profile one might associate with a protective parent. It appears that you are accepting of religion, and have a generally optimistic attitude towards humanity in general. Your attitudes towards economics appear socialist, and combined with your social attitudes this creates the picture of someone who would generally be described as left-wing. To round out the picture you appear to be, political preference aside, an idealist with very few strong opinions." LOL I admit to being an idealist, to be honest, and maybe a tad bit radical.

Radicalism 74.75 Socialism 50 Tenderness 28.125
These scores indicate that you are a tough-minded moderate progressive; this is the political profile one might associate with a liberated atheist. It appears that you are cynical towards religion, and have a suspicious and unsympathetic attitude towards humanity in general.
Your attitudes towards economics appear neither committedly capitalist nor socialist, and combined with your social attitudes this creates the picture of someone who would generally be described as a political centrist.
To round out the picture you appear to be, political preference aside, a centrist with few strong opinions.
I went to hell, shot some people I hated, then walked out... and then I woke up in General Spam hospital.

Re: Social Attitude Test
I was not sure about middle answer point, that it's as "neither" or rather "I don't have opinion", but sugestive on psychology tests it's rather the first option... Quite many slogans, or questions that practicaly are the same yet sugest different attitude but it was quite good, results: Radicalism 69.25 Socialism 25 Tenderness 40.625
These scores indicate that you are a moderate progressive; this is the political profile one might associate with a liberated atheist. It appears that you are skeptical towards religion, and have a pragmatic attitude towards humanity in general.
Your attitudes towards economics appear capitalist, and combined with your social attitudes this creates the picture of someone who would generally be described as libertarian.
To round out the picture you appear to be, political preference aside, a centrist with several strong opinions.I must admit I was sceptic about the results but they happen to be quite accurate in my case. Libertarian is a good word. Btw. Wow Yom, at last you showed your true colors, tenderness below 30... and I thought of myself as quite cold hearted bastard. ;) Kali wrote: I admit to being an idealist Idealist or rather perfectionist? there's quite a difference.

I kind of am both an idealist and a perfectionist, depending on things Oh Kali, don't get me started on interpretations. Hmm... "tender-minded moderate". Let me tell you a short story that may appeal to you; Our first democratically elected President stood on a crossroads in his career since the Soviet Union for many years tried to assimilate us and thou my country broke off with a little of bloodshed, Soviet influence was still great at that time. Anyway our first president, Lech Walesa, was commonly known for his eccentric sense of humor, oxymorons were his favorites. There's one paricular phraze of his that reminds me often of you - when once asked about how he would vote on one act, that was really propagating democracy and was not welcome by the soviets (so it was wanted by the most of citzens but not by the pupet-government), he said "I am all in favour and even against". There are a couple more but this one fits best.

Ehh, my higher understanding of how the government works distorted this quite a bit on terms of weathor I am capitalist or socialist, mainly because I am a supporter of free cooperation above any other government model.

This concludes our analysis; we hope you found your results accurate, useful, and interesting.
I'm not such an idealist, mostly because I have no sense of what an "ideal" is. Beyond that, maybe. I see good in individuals, not humanity.
