Anyways link sealed the sword away again in ALTTP, we can only assume not even the sages could move it with angelic and fairie magic protecting it., so how the F did it end up right smack next to hyrule castle encased in a sealed temple?

It's a fake.
Gannon did it, he made a fake master sword, so he could look like he was defeated by the hero of time but, in reality not even close. we are also to assume that ganon was not defeated in WW even with it stuck in his head because he goes on to manifest himself again.
Only the Hero of legend gave him the run around with the real master sword.
only hero to ever do it right and get teh triforce. Zelda 2's link didn't kill ganon and get teh triforce. not directly.
