It's a line from the old Point-and-Click Adventure game Sam & Max Hit The Road. It's a line said by Max during a conversation at the tourist office for the world's largest ball of twine, after the curator tells them that the ball is the largest by 93 yards, Sam says "Good thing we only cut off 91 yards" and the curator asks "what was that?"

I haven't played that particular Sam & Max game in likely as long, or possibly nearing 20 years now. I still remember that game and that line though, good times.
