There was never anything that would "further us". We're in general spam, and the whole debate got kicked of when I was intentionally being an asshole, and yom's butthurt kicked in.

That said, I'm not sure why you think the Bush PROTECT act has ever been repealed in anyway, since it is cited in every one of the cases mentioned previously. I'm not really defensive either. Like I have said before, I am proud that I got that rule pushed through. It didn't really end disastrously as far as I'm concerned. Every new rule will anger a percentage of your population, yet when that percentage is less than 5%, that's actually pretty good.

I see why someone against the way we did things would view it as a clusterfuck, but it really wasn't. As I said, we lost no more than 5 people who rarely did anything outside of the porn section, which surprisingly wasn't our biggest draw.

The rule(which I maintain should be reimplemented, but never has been) that stated you could only get passwords if you created 30 meaningful posts(at discretion of the mods of the group) kept our serious and spam section lively, and introduced new members to how things worked if they wanted easy porn. It was good bait, it was successful. I suppose it would be less successful now. No new games in years, despite yom's constant promises.

And, to yom. I didn't even bother reading what you had to say, I'm sure it was more of the same. If you did reveal your master plan, I'm sure that was stupid too.

And so, the great debater falls, trying to save face with stupid excuses.

That's not changing anything up, that's rolling with the punches. I continued with the topic in play, and just skillfully mentioned that they haven't garnered members. Fine, we'll not mention Serious. We'll mention that general spam is dead. Most of the shit going on in it at the moment is you and I. Before that, not much. It had activity, but barely any at all.

You called us oldies, then said we were out of touch with the 'net(which implies the internet as a whole, not just FH). That makes a fairly implicit in the suggestion.

Facebook was tertiary in that sentence, not primary. Again, FH is mostly dead to us, why would we keep up with minor releases? Facebook has nothing to do with that. Hell, Hanzo and I were discussing the death of Flash games as a whole, earlier.
