no in that situation they let me go on the exception that i tell them who i buy from. i went "haha. . .oh wait your serious"? if it means anything i really thought i was going to jail and the fucked up part was i dont even do perks i bought them for my sister and i was about to go down for them. the weed was mine though. the cop said that for the narcotics they would try and push it into a felony charge
