I was thinking, "Hey, I haven't watched any anime in like, forever. I wonder what's new?"

So I go to the first site I find in my favorites, and I look at all the new titles, and I spot The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya 2. "Oh wow, this is some big shit, let's try this one out." First episode, "Straight to the action, nice, nice." I come to the 2nd episode, "Now this looks like an interesting development, I wonder what's going to happen next..."

CAN ANYBODY HERE SAY "ENDLESS EIGHT"?

So I watch the new episodes as they're coming out. 3rd Episode, "We're getting into now. What awesome shit is going to transpire this fine day?" 4th episode "Hmm, looks like they're taking me for a ride - I'm going to keep watching" 5th episode "Getting a little out of control here guys..." 6th episode "Come on, COME ON, WHAT THE FUCK" 7th episode "W-Wait, finally? Yay- NO. NOOOOOOO" 8th episode "FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF-" crying ensues.

9th episode - I haven't watched it yet. I wonder what happens. It's so fucking edge-of-your-seat that I can't tear myself away. They gonna surprise me with a plot-twist? Is a clown going to jump out of the screen and kick me in the nuts? WHO KNOWS~

Something like 3 hours of my life, gone. At least the episodes aren't coming out every day. I'm still watching, if only to compare artwork. I need a bumper-sticker that says I fell for this shit and continued anyway. My God, never again. Just... never again. I'll set up a device that hits me in the head with a brick every time I try to search for anime, so I am instantly reminded: the entire industry is just there to make me feel like an idiot.
